In 2022, we made a purposeful decision to create a software products business. In 2024, we entered the marketplace with three software applications, with others in development. A dynamic, innovative ecosystem that includes clients, Garnet River “friends,” our subject matter expert consultants, and our software engineers is at the heart of our development process. Each collaboration is intentionally multi-disciplinary, but we avoid a “committee” mindset. We have backed up our domestic team with partner teams in Poland and Israel. It is never easy for a professional services company to add an IP-based product business, but we are on the right path, staying committed and candid with one another throughout this very agile process.
