A dynamic, innovative ecosystem that includes clients, Garnet River “friends,” our subject matter expert consultants, and our software engineers is at the heart of our development process. Each collaboration is intentionally multi-disciplinary, but we avoid a “committee” mindset. We have backed up our domestic team with partner teams in Poland and Israel. It is never easy for a professional services company to add an IP-based product business, but we are on the right path, staying committed and candid with one another throughout this very agile process.
