Staffing
We began our Staffing business in 2006, at the request of several clients. While we use the latest technologies to help us recruit, we tend to go about our recruiting with an “Old School” style. One client calls our approach “bespoke.” We think the recruiting process is inherently human, despite all the technology tools, and we work hard to get it right—to make sure there is a cultural fit between the candidate and our client, as well as the essential skill set alignment. Subject matter experts from our Solutions Division often help our recruiters vet the candidates. Our placement and retention rates have always been exceptionally high.
