Large Private Hospitality Group with Timeshare Loan Portfolio
The Challenge
In an industry with high default rates, they wanted to better manage their portfolio of loans and address fragmented data, lack of visibility into historical performance, and the inability to accurately predict future loan behavior.
The Solution
Our approach included collecting five years of historical data, normalizing it, and creating cohorts to provide better visibility into the loan portfolio. We also developed a predictive model to forecast future loan performance. The solution was delivered through an intuitive Tableau front end, enabling easy access and analysis of the data.
